02

Service description

Laboria Orbit is an AI-powered Health & Safety SaaS workspace that helps users create and manage HSE workflows, including inspections, risk assessments, incident records, training compliance, analytics, and AI-assisted safety operations.

03

Accounts and access

Users may need an account to access Laboria Orbit. You are responsible for keeping login details secure, controlling access within your organization, and ensuring account information is accurate and up to date.

04

Subscriptions and payments

Paid Laboria Orbit plans may be offered as recurring subscriptions. Prices, billing periods, plan limits, and included features are shown at the time of purchase or subscription setup. Payment processing may be handled by Paddle as merchant of record or payment provider.

05

AI credits and usage

Some plans may include AI credits or usage limits. AI credits may be used for AI-assisted drafts, summaries, recommendations, or workflow support. Credits, limits, and usage rules may vary by plan and may be updated as the product develops.

06

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter into Laboria Orbit, how your organization uses generated content, and how outputs are reviewed, adapted, approved, and applied in real workplace conditions.

07

No guarantee of legal compliance

Laboria Orbit helps users create and manage health and safety workflows, but users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company procedures. AI-generated or system-assisted outputs are draft support and should be reviewed by qualified HSE professionals before use.
