Users may enter HSE-related information into Laboria Orbit, including inspection notes, risk assessment content, training information, incident details, company workflows, and other operational safety data. Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal data unless required for their lawful business purpose.

Laboria uses information to provide and improve the service, manage accounts, support workspaces, process subscription access, maintain security, troubleshoot technical issues, communicate with users, and develop better digital HSE workflows.

Billing and payment processing

Payment data may be processed by Paddle as merchant of record or payment provider. Laboria does not need to store full payment card details when payments are handled through Paddle or another secure payment provider.

Content entered into AI-assisted features may be used to generate draft HSE outputs, summaries, recommendations, or workflow support. Users remain responsible for reviewing generated outputs before using them in professional or workplace settings.
