This Refund Policy explains how Laboria reviews refund requests for Laboria Orbit, a digital SaaS subscription product.

Digital SaaS subscription product

Laboria Orbit is a digital SaaS subscription product. Access is provided online, and paid plans may include platform features, workspace access, AI credits, and other digital service usage.

Subscription cancellations

Customers may cancel future subscription renewals through the available billing or account process. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for past billing periods or consumed digital services.

Refund review

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Laboria may consider the timing of the request, subscription status, technical issues, billing errors, usage history, and whether digital services or AI credits have already been consumed.

AI credits and consumed services

Used AI credits, consumed digital services, completed support work, or already delivered digital outputs may not be refundable. This helps keep the policy fair for digital products where service value can be used immediately after purchase.

Duplicate charges and billing errors

Duplicate charges, accidental billing issues, or technical payment errors can be reviewed. Customers should contact Laboria as soon as possible and include the billing email, charge date, plan, and a short explanation.

Paddle billing support

Paddle may handle payment processing and billing communication as merchant of record or payment provider. Some refund or billing communications may come from Paddle depending on the payment setup.

How to request a refund review

To request a refund review, contact Laboria at laboriahse@gmail.com with your name, company, billing email, subscription plan, payment date, and reason for the request.

No automatic guarantee

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Laboria will review requests professionally and respond based on the circumstances, product usage, and applicable payment-provider process.
